About Oryo
Oryo is a small online pet shop. We started it because buying something simple for a dog or cat, like a bed, a bowl or a leash, meant scrolling past hundreds of near-identical listings and still not knowing what you'd get.
So we keep the shop short. We pick a few products in each category, write down the real sizes and materials, and leave the rest out.
How we work
Plain descriptions. Measurements in inches and centimeters, what's in the box and who it's for. If something isn't made for heavy chewers or big dogs, the product page says so.
Free US shipping. On every order, with tracking.
A person on the other end. Email support@oryo.store about sizing, an order or a return, and someone will write back within 24 hours.
Thanks for shopping with us.
