Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States, and every order comes with tracking.

Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. You'll see the final total at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. When yours ships, we'll email you the tracking number.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive 5 to 8 business days after they ship. Holidays, weather and busy seasons can sometimes add a few days.

More than one package
If you order several items, they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your parcel is later than the estimate, email support@oryo.store and we'll sort it out.
